After the commencement of the tour, if any participant cancels the trip due sickness or for any reasons whatsoever, there will not be any refund at all and hence, cannot be adjusted with any services provided from the point of cancelling the trip.
Detail list of equipment, medicines, information on altitude sickness, physical fitness and other important information will be furnished upon receiving scanned copy of passport and initial payment of INR 15000.00 / US $ 200.00 per person.
Advance payment to confirm the booking can be made to our bank account in Kathmandu or in India. Details of these bank accounts will be provided on request.
